The tennis team held its tryouts in the beginning of 2009, inviting potential tennis players to join the team. After settling the year 1 enthusiasts, we began our rigorous training for the National ‘A’ Division. This year, the tennis team is proud to announce our best season yet, with the girl’s team narrowly missing by a single match to advance to the next round.
 
Throughout the year, the tennis team engaged in several friendly matches with various schools to allow members to gain greater experience. The December and June holidays were the busiest time of the year for our team members, as our training intensified during the holiday season. The tennis committee organised camps to bond the team members together and prepare them for the upcoming National ‘A’ Division Tournament held in early 2010. Through such activities, the tennis team hopes to raise the standard of Millennia’s tennis team.
